Ben Marshall to Running Director Deryn Jakolev and Chong Ni to Principal Carson Ewanich to Vice President

She currently serves on the Board of Directors of Genstar portfolio corporations Arrowhead Engineered Merchandise, AMBA, Jet Help Providers, Inc. and OTC Industrial Technologies. Ms. Jakolev obtained her B.S. diploma from Columbia University and an M.B.A. diploma from Stanford Graduate Faculty of Business.

Mr. Ni joined Genstar in 2019 as Vice President and prior to joining Genstar Capital was an Affiliate at Gryphon Investors. He began his career as an investment decision banking analyst at Jefferies and J.P. Morgan. Mr. Ni is at this time a member of the Boards of Genstar portfolio corporations Brook + Whittle and Likewize. He is a graduate of Duke College and been given his M.B.A. from the Wharton Faculty of Business.

Mr. Ewanich joined Genstar in 2019 as a Senior Analyst, Trader Options right after serving as an Affiliate considering the fact that 2016 at valuation and advisory agency Valuation Study Company. Mr. Ewanich obtained a B.S. diploma from Arizona State College.
